Advanced Insulation Contracting Ltd specialises in the provision of site based blasting and painting, insulation and application services to a wide range of industries including oil and gas, power, breweries, distilleries, pharmaceutical & food processing.

Advanced Insulation Contracting Ltd is a young company; it was formed in 2008.  Its predecessors – Rigidon Resistant Materials and Alderley Coatings specialised in surface preparation and application of specialist coatings primarily in the Middle East region.  Following the formation of Alderley Materials in 1993, the company further developed the application processes and procedures of its own fire protection products.  In 2008, Advanced Insulation Plc acquired Alderley Materials Ltd and further expanded to provide an integrated range of services to its customers.  During this expansion Advanced Insulation Contracting Ltd was formed to utilise the potential of the existing in-house resources and expertise in surface preparation and application of specialist coatings, insulation and passive fire protection and to become the specialist supplier of these services.

Highly trained supervisory staff are supplied to all projects along with our own multi-skilled application teams.  Our site managers and supervisors provide the necessary site management skills in conjunction with operational and project management support from the head office.  Our application teams  travel globally to provide application services both in support of and without local labour operations.  Depending on the scope and location of work, we can train and manage site crews of local labour if required. 

Our carefully selected suppliers and subcontractors are subject to ongoing assessment of their performance and quality standards.  This gives us greater control over the quality and range of services we provide.  Our partners recognise our expertise in the application of their products and  have granted us an approved applicator status.  Advanced Insulation Contracting Ltd is an approved applicator for a number of PFP products including:
